Five ways people actually use a pedicab in Denver. Some are priced on the page. The ones that change every time are quoted on the phone, and we say which is which.
Weddings
The send-off, and the run between the ceremony and the reception.
A pedicab send-off photographs better than a town car and it moves at a pace a photographer can actually work with. Downtown ceremonies to LoDo receptions are a five-minute ride, and Larimer Square is one block from the base.

- Multi-cab bookings are not quotable. Fleet size is not confirmed, so we cannot say how many cabs are available for one date.
- There is no certificate of insurance to send a venue yet. Most downtown venues require one.
Game day
Coors Field and Ball Arena, without the post-game parking crawl.
The base at 15th and Larimer sits 8 to 11 minutes from both Coors Field and Ball Arena at pedicab pace. Empower Field is 15 to 18 minutes and needs a cab staged nearby. Getting out after a game is the part rideshare handles worst and a pedicab handles best.
- Priced by distance like any ride: $15 per person per mile, $25 minimum.
- Get a Ride is the 1.1 release and no zone is switched on yet, so a game-day pickup cannot be promised.
- There is no reserved-cab or booked-exit option. On event nights she works the queue at the venue, so a game-day ride is walk-up only.
Concerts and venues
Mission Ballroom, the Fillmore, Ball Arena, the Performing Arts Complex.
Doors-to-venue hops on nights when every street around the block is closed. The ride is the quick part of the evening, not the event.

- Venue drop-off points are not confirmed with any venue.
- Late-night operating hours are not set.
Conventions and corporate
Convention Center to hotel, hotel to dinner, all inside the mapped core.
The Convention Center and the 16th Street Mall sit in the middle of the operating area, which is the part of downtown a pedicab covers faster than a car. Branded cabs for a conference run are the obvious version of this and the one we cannot price yet.
- Individual rides are priced by distance. Anything at conference scale is a quote.
- Block bookings, branded wraps and hourly hire are not priced.
- Corporate invoicing and payment terms do not exist. Booking is guest checkout only.
- Fleet size is not confirmed, so no capacity can be committed for a multi-day event.
Private groups
Bachelorettes, birthdays and a route you pick yourself.
Your stops, your pace, up to five riders. This one is quoted rather than listed, because the route is different every time.

- Groups larger than 5 need more than one cab, which is not quotable until fleet size is confirmed.
What we cannot quote yet
These apply to every service above. They are listed because a quote we cannot honour is worse than no quote.
- Every service on this page depends on fleet size, and the number of pedicabs is not confirmed. Anything needing more than one cab cannot be quoted yet.
- There is no quote channel. Phone, email and a contact form are all still unset, so the only working path today is the booking flow for a named tour.
- Commercial liability insurance is not confirmed, and no certificate can be issued to a venue or a corporate client.
- Operating days, hours and any seasonal shutdown are not set.
